Airframe flew a total of 551 hours flight time with RAAF between 1950 and 1955. Then to storage. Sold and collected by purchaser on 28/04/58. Found decaying in a Jerildeie barn in 1970. Restored at Essendon in Victoria the aircraft has a full Certificate of Airworthiness and therefore can carry paying passengers. Was VH-PTQ. Registered VH-BOB from 26/02/76.
