Cataloochee Valley Late Afternoon
Steamboat Spurts, Yellowstone NP, WY Steamboat geyser is the tallest in the world. Unfortunately it doesn't go off very often. I was only there for about twenty minutes, but it sure looked active to me. These little 3-4 foot spurts might have been foreboding a bigger eruption later in the day.
Blue Green Thermal, Old Faithful area, Yellowstone NP, WY Lots of beautiful thermals around in Yellowstone. This one caught my eye. Unfortunately I couldn't get close enough to depict how deep it is, but trust me, it's deep!
Lower Falls, Artist Point, Yellowstone NP, Wyoming Artist point baby!

Few Rays, Kalaloch Beach, Olympic NP, WA Sunlight was rare on our trip around Olympic National Park and Kalaloch beach was no exception. I tried to take advantage of these few rays.
Shrouded Olympus, Olympic NP, WA We never had a great view of Olympus, this is the best one I got.
