> Cooper's Bar B Que in LLano, TX. Often rated the best BBQ in Texas, they sure weren't the best I've had. I would place the brisket in the bottom 50%. It seemed to have been boiled, not smoked. I think this place has been overwhelmed by the publicity. It's a nice ride to Llano, but I won't be going back to Cooper's. Visited 8-4-07
