Faux Fall version 1. This is a more garish version than the one I posted as DP264 ( http://smu.gs/18HM847 ). To this I added some saturation, fresco, and poster edges The unfiltered version can be seen here: http://smu.gs/18GPhkt Hidden Lake Gardens, Michigan Taken September 18, 2013
D265-2014 A towering sugar maple, changing colors from the top down. Trees are very much individuals in their time tables for turning colors, and the pattern over their form in which the change takes place. Some trees turn from the bottom up. Others do it in a spotty mosaic fashion. Still others turn at a uniform rate all over. September 22, 2014 In our neighborhood
D265-2014 Of the large shade trees, where I live anyway, sugar maples are the first to turn in autumn. Depending on the year, the colors can be anywhere from deep red to pale yellowish orange. September 22, 2014 In our neighborhood. Title: Fall - Sugar Maple Showing Off
D272-2014 Sugar maple #1. Only a few maple trees in the cemetery had changed to their distinctive vivid fall colors when I took these shots. Forest Hills Cemetery, Ann Arbor September 29, 2014 This is another image which is not being sorted properly (by date and time taken) by smugmug
