Jacob Month 1-3 : Jacob has been growing up fast and at his last weigh on 3/17/08 was about 14 pounds already. He is a happy baby most of the time and continues to be a big eater. He is also getting better about sleeping more during the nights. The longest stretch so far was one night where he slept for 8 hours. Most nights he is sleeping anywhere from 4-6 hour stretches now. He also received his 2 month vaccinations and was a tough little boy only crying a little and then he got over the pain. We have been venturing out more with trips to fashion island, on walks, and even Palm Springs to watch the Pacific Life open and listen to a time share presentation. We were unsure about what to expect bringing him into a tennis match and thankfully he was pretty well behaved albeit with a pacifier to control any outbursts during the matches. We sat through one 7-5 set of Hewitt vs. Youseni before not wanting to push our luck anymore. He only let out a few cries which were met with dirty looks from the people around us. It was a good thing we went on a weekday and in the early rounds so the stadium was barely half full. Jacob seemed to enjoy being out and about and maybe next year we'll be able to go again and sit through a whole match.
