Brown Headed Cowbird.    I rarely see one at the feeders and I almost missed this one. Maybe I'll catch it in better light at a later date. Fascinating bird, it's a brood parasite just like the cuckoo.

Chestnut-headed bee-eater @ Penang, Malaysia    It was not easy to time the bird's arrival shot as these little guys flew in fast and in silent mode! However, as they loved to come back to the same perch again and again, it made the photographer's life easier by pre-focusing on the perch and wait in patience.
