Although there is not much green outside, the birds are returning to the feeders.  I beleive this is a European starling.  Someone please correct if I'm wrong.    Kerry 4/11/11
The same male White-throated Kingfisher that liked tossing bugs also had a penchant for frogs.

The Chestnut-headed Bee-eaters first appear in the nesting location in late December and have already formed pairs. For most of January the birds will drill some exploratory holes but seem to spent a lot of time chasing insects from high perches.
