Ruth Lake Recon : In early December 2008 I took a quick run up to check out Ruth Lake on the head waters of the Mad River. I wanted to know if I could trailer my 18' boat on two separate roads that lead to the lake. I never made it to Ruth, getting turned around at the small town of Dinsmore because of a snow storm about 10 miles from the lake.
