Usually I don't find them feeding near shore. This one worked its way into a small cove & I scrambled around to setup on a tall rock. Otters dive, surface, eat and dive again about once a minute. Our cat would love food that plentiful.

The previous version "was a little messy". The reeds on the left were competing with the anemone, as was the reed crossing it from the upper left. I re-cropped the image, eliminating the competition, and cloned out the interloping reed. 17-Mar-12
