Birdshooting : It started off with one of those days that decisions were pretty spontaneously.

This was the first time I had even even thought bout bird shooting, so it was decided on Monday that we were to go shooting in one of the gardens, either for flowers or birds.. On Tuesday, we decided to go Chinese Garden after a colleague showed us some nice bird shots that he took on his regular Sunday shoots and so we decided... by Friday, we had a rag-tag strike team of 200mm & 300mm plus a marco lens... :)
We had fantastic weather and light... enjoy...

Now, i have bird photos from other shots... so this is no longer just those shot in Chinese Gardens...

The Holy Land- Via Dolorosa : The Via Dolorosa (Latin,"Way of Grief" or "Way of Suffering") is a street, in two parts, within the Old City of Jerusalem, held to be the path that Jesus walked, carrying his cross, on the way to his crucifixion. The winding route from the Antonia Fortress west to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre — a distance of about 600 metres (2,000 feet) — is a celebrated place of Christian pilgrimage. The current route has been established since the 18th century, replacing various earlier versions. It is today marked by nine Stations of the Cross; there have been fourteen stations since the late 15th century, with the remaining five stations being inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

The Holy Land- Church of the Holy Sepulchre : The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, also called the Church of the Resurrection by Eastern Christians, is a church within the walled Old City of Jerusalem. The site is venerated as Golgotha (the Hill of Calvary), where Jesus was crucified, and is said also to contain the place where Jesus was buried (the sepulchre). The church has been an important Christian pilgrimage destination since at least the 4th century, as the purported site of the resurrection of Jesus.
