Creative Imagery : The images in this gallery were made in the camera with no Photoshop adjustments. Knowing all that my camera can do and utilizing the filters and lenses in my repertoire, allows me to use my imagination to create a unique image. Creative ideas can be fun to explore. The camera is a great medium to use to artistically accomplish what I want to. Even still, the composition or subject can be creative enough all by itself, such as the mannequins or window scenes. By the Light of the Silvery Moon : When looking at a full moon, I often wonder about its closeness to our earth. It is our nearest solar neighbor. Many of us don’t realize when it appears in the night sky except for a few times each month when it reaches its fullness and brightness. I was able to take advantage of this time of lunar exposure. By placing the moon in a photograph with a nighttime street scene or the carnival nightlife I gave it a surrealistic presence. © 2008 David H. Lewis, Hummingbird Enterprises
