On the top row left to right: Equinox, female australian shepherd agility with excellent results for her first year, outside that... eating and sleeping as much as she can - Gatsby, male australian shepherd agility also with good results, living the good good life at a slow pace. On the botton row left to right: Csango, male border collie Flyball, working on every bodies nerves - Crak, male border collie agility, sheep herding, trying to being mister perfect all the time - Not So Sweet, female border collie, agility, sheep herding, trying hard to live up to her name by being a friendly 'pain in the but' But we do love them all :-)

DailyPhotos > popular today > Pike's Peak as the first rays of light hit it just prior to sunrise - shot through the window at Penrose Hospital. Phil gets to go home today, so I'll probably have little time for commenting but will try to catch up in the evening.
DailyPhotos > popular today > Splash of Color Shot at City Center fireworks and tree lighting display. I captured this splash of color and other shots while out with the family. The tree lighting, songs and fireworks were great and weather was nice for a change. I was on the road all day yesterday and worked a client shot when I got home. I have some catching up to do this morning. Hope everyone has a good day and a start on the weekend. We have our party today so I should be stuffed after lunch :)

DailyPhotos > popular today > 12/11/09 - Santa Blizzard This is a picture of a snowglobe. I cropped out the glass of the globe and made a few minor spot healing corrections for glare spots. I also blended in the upper right and left hand corners. The blizzard and all the detail on Santa is SOOC. Height I could work comfortably on the floor with the tripod as low as it goes. 2. The stool has a slit in the top to carry it by, and I tried the lights through the slit for a couple of shots. I can't remember if there was nothing above the globe in this picture or the white stepping stool. Later on I switched to a black paper tent, but I wasn't as happy with those shots. Anyway, taking pictures of snow globes is not easy. I took various shots on and off for 3 hours trying to get a shot with no glare or glare I could fix in pp. And, I wanted the detail on Santa's face and the snow blizzard to be just right too. Lots of factors to try to tame all at once. Then the best shot ended up being one of the very early on shots. Go figure! My bird friends were back yesterday but no lucky timing on pictures. Now, if I can just get the red cardinal in that camelia shrub or enough snow for bird snow pics:-) HAGD, Maryann Oh, no, should I have tinted this blue for night sky? I just tried it...little dark. Let's think he's walking between Toy Shop buildings in a blizzard and he has green flood lights on his buildings:-)
