DailyPhotos > popular today > The Working Dogs of Mika - Dec 10 2009

These are the dogs my mother-in-law works in different disciplines.
On the top row left to right:
Equinox, female australian shepherd agility with excellent results for her first year, outside that... eating and sleeping as much as she can - Gatsby, male australian shepherd agility also with good results, living the good good life at a slow pace.

On the botton row left to right:
Csango, male border collie Flyball, working on every bodies nerves - Crak, male border collie agility, sheep herding, trying to being mister perfect all the time - Not So Sweet, female border collie, agility, sheep herding, trying hard to live up to her name by being a friendly 'pain in the but'

But we do love them all :-)

We got to play Gramma and Grampa this evening!
During some of our time together, Colby was protecting us while wearing his Fireman costume and Hannah enjoyed some exercising on the floor.
This was the first time Hannah (2 months, 5 days) acknowledged Roxy!
Roxy loves babies and kids!!

DailyPhotos > popular today > 10.12.09 - To The Edge of Space

We've had unbroken blue skies here again today, and as I was driving home I was taken by the deep colour in the West after sunset. It reminded me of being on a very high mountain, or in a plane flying to the edge of space, where the sky above is almost black. I wanted to present these as a mini film strip, to show the diminishing glow. That hasn't really worked, but it has a sort of abstract quality to it nonetheless I think.
DailyPhotos > popular today > A frisbee-a dog's best friend....This is Emma and I took this shot while playing with our neighbor's dogs. Mom's computer is in the hospital. She's not quite herself without it.... :]

It has been a long while since I last add to this album. I have been busy with lots of things including taking on some wedding assignments and redesigned my site. Check out my new design and all comments/suggestions will be appreciated. If anyone is interested, I'll try to offer my service (web design) for free as a token of appreciation for all the great comments on my photos but it might take longer than usual to finish due to my busy schedule. Feel free to contact me (http://2div.com/Links/Contact).
