DailyPhotos > popular today > 12-4-09 This was one of our favorite things we did. On Isla Roatan, you could take this excursion which included playing with the monkeys. These white-faced monkeys were loose and free for the most part, and you strode into the sanctuary and they pounced on you and climbed all over you, stole your glasses, looked through your pockets, looked for goodies in your hair...it was hilarious! I just couldn't help snapping away at these guys and I got some fun shots. This was my favorite of the bunch. If any of you ever get a chance to do this DON'T PASS IT UP! It was totally worth it, the experience was a blast. Almost as much fun as getting kissed by the dolphin. :-) My link today is a new artist for me. DailyPhotos > popular today > December 3, 2009 Returning, yet again, to my theme of blurred trees. It was an absolutely glorious day here--sunny and 60 degrees when I walked the dogs. I took a lot of photos this morning and then again this afternoon down at the beach, but it was this photo that resonated the most. I'm not quite sure what it is that appeals to me so much about this blurred and out of focus stuff that I've been doing...perhaps it is the dreamy and painterly quality, and the fact that I don't have to worry about keeping the camera steady :) (Best viewed XL.)
