10-25-2014 "My Horns Are Bigger Than Yours" This cow was one of the animals at the pumpkin patch. They kept calling it but it wouldn't get up. They told us the horns were hollow. It is not like most of the cows we have here. Your comments are always appreciated. Donna
Saturday, October 25, 2014 "ABSTRACT of "MILLE FIORI" (2007) by Dale Chihuly “Hanging on to resentment is letting someone you despise live rent-free in your head.” ~ Ann Landers Color my world! I do love colors. This is one of two abstracts that I created from the "Mille Fiori (2007) glass art by Dale Chihuly, which was my daily post for Tuesday, June 10, 2014. It's a riot of color, isn't it? The original photo is here: http://godschild.smugmug.com/DailyPhotos/2014-2013/i-ggvrq7c/A "Hail State!" October 24, 2014 For some reason, this shot reminded me of the elusive Genie in the bottle because of it's shape, the light and the ethereal "feel" of the whole canyon. When you're there in the Antelope Canyon (upper), you can imagine all kinds of wonderful things about the shapes of those undulating Navajo sandstone walls. Mount St. Helens volcano that blew away its north face in a massive eruption in 1980 is captured at an altitude of about 20,000 ft. The inner dome that rises from the center of the crater has been growing slowly in stages since then. The Spirit lake, completely reshaped by the eruption is in the lower right. #53101201 © Payam Nashery - Photoarts

Lines drawn by the last plow of the season draw your eyes in a peaceful Oregon field.
Colombia rives snakes its way at the boundary between northern Oregon and southern Washington States as Mt. hood watches in the distant.
As we were driving home from dinner out last evening, the sun suddenly broke through some holes in the clouds and created this scene. I hopped out of the car and quickly captured a few shots. This is one of them. I'm glad so many of you like the shot of the two hummers. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I sure enjoyed all your shots today...lots of wonderful images.
