7/28/14 - Street scene in Cherry Creek; worth viewing in the largest size, I think. Question for those who have already migrated to the New Smugmug. How do you keep your daily gallery shots in the order in which they are posted? I surely enjoyed seeing all the logo posts for Rick's challenge. Thanks to all who commented on my Arm and Hammer logo post. I went out a couple of times today looking for new logos to shoot. This is really turning out to be fun! Thanks, Rick, for suggesting it.

July 29. Japanese Beetle Abstract. I apologize if this is gross to some, something lured me to take a picture.
Day 208: NY Skyline-Twilight Sunstars - July 29. No spectacular golden hour transformation yesterday but lots of little sunburst glints sparkling off windows as the sun went down and twilight approached. Had some fun with Topaz star filter to highlight them.
07.29.14 Indigo. Today. Showing off her BLING! Each item pinned onto Indigo represents love. A prayer. A get well wish. Positive thoughts. A miracle. I can always use more BLING! However. Today. We got wonderful news. My tumor is gone. The lymph nodes are not swollen. Yes, the doctor said, "The tumor is gone. It is no longer there and your lymph nodes are not swollen either." YAY! That does not mean this battle is over. I still have three more Taxol chemo infusions. I still have surgery followed by radiation. I still have five years of drug therapy and a lifetime of mammograms. But the chemo is doing what we wanted it to do. It dissolved the tumor. In New Mexico the doctors felt my move was possibly not going to be a good thing. They knew I had no choice though. So I moved here. Praying that I would be blessed..... and I have been. Thank you. Everyone. For your love and prayers. ....and BLING! It on!

28.07.14 - Candlelight We had an impromptu day filming "Tell Them of Us" yesterday, just one dialogue scene and lots of "fill in" letter writing scenes. Letters are at the heart of the story. Firstly the letters written by Robert Crowder from the front line in northern France throughout 1917 up to the time of his death at Paschendaele. Then there were the letters written by his mother Ann to the War Office as she tried to find meaning in the loss of her youngest son. All of the letters are now part of the family archive and without them we couldn't have made of film. We are having to madly re-scedule the last two months filming as two of our major actors have been offered work that they couldn't refuse and we wouldn't dare try to stop them doing. One is working in Disneyland Paris and the other is in a play in London, best of luck to both of them, hugely deserved too. I have been spoilt as stills photographer on Tell Them of Us because we have had many outdoor scenes. Usually Wag Screen productions are inside dark old buildings and I am struggling with very low lighting, so it was nice to get back to "classic" Wag Screen conditions for a few hours :)
Happy 24th Birthday to my beautiful daughter EmmaClaire. (Photo taken march 2014) Life with Miss Emma has been an adventure since I went into labor with this girl. She looks more like me, but is a clown like her dad. In this photo: Emma, far front right, her dad Craig. Back, Jeddy, Mary and Spencer.

July 29 2014 It's been a couple of years since I've had the time to sit patiently and see the morning dew drops. It feels kind of nice.
