6/30/15 - A little conservatory at the Denver Botanic Garden. I love all the beautiful wrought iron work and the overall design. I'm not even sure conservatory is the right term for this little gem. Thanks for your comments on my shot of the peonies. I really appreciate your taking the time to leave a comment.

Tuesday, June 30, 2015 "LEGALIZING SIN?" "All unrighteousness is sin......" ~ I John 5:17 (The Bible, KJV) First of all, The Bill of Rights is the collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. The First Amendment "prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights." ~ Wikipedia Additionally, how many times have you heard someone whine, "Judge not, that ye be not judged?" This verse of Scripture from Matthew 7:1 is often quoted out of context by people who are terrified at the idea of someone preaching against sin or pointing out any form of error in anyone. Christians are to judge scripturally. Need proof? Isaiah 8:20 says, "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Furthermore, John 7:24 declares: "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." Our standard is God's word, not our feelings, our traditions, or our opinions. Right and wrong should always be determined by God's word. I've always believed that in order for the truth to make someone free, they must first know the lie that's holding them hostage. Amen? Moreover, I still believe that ALL people (regardless of race, religion, sexual preference, or social/economic status, should be treated with courtesy, kindness, and dignity that's based upon the principles of moral, ethical, and legal respect. Amen, again? Finally, I respect your opinions and decisions to comment or not (today or any other day, for that matter); however, any comment that is soap box in nature, derogatory, hostile, a personal attack, unprofessional, and inappropriate will not be approved........and that's my prerogative. Can I get a witness? Have a terrific Tuesday! (photo taken 6/24/2015; PM's frames applied 6/28/2015) My Homepage: www.GodsChild.SmugMug.com

1942 International Truck - Image has been enhance in Topaz Adjust Bold (modify) I like this look on my images of old trucks, for some reason it tells a story better of the truck's pass.
Castle for Sale The Kranichberg Castle is on a pass in the hills about an hour and a half south of Vienna. Originally built in the early 13th century, it was privately purchased and renovated into a four-star hotel and restaurant and conference center. The owner died and his daughters have their own lives and families, so it has been on the market since 2009. The asking price is only 3.5 million Euro. This is the fate of many renovated and privately owned castles now. P.S. Just to be clear - these are just shots I took. I am in no way connected to this castle or have anything to do with marketing it.
June 30, 2015 This is a macro of the profusion of blooms on our Trumpet Vines. I love their colors and textures. It makes me happy to see them so full of blooms, and they add so much color on the trellises around our home and Bill's home workshop. "One touch of nature makes the whole world kin." ~ William Shakespeare Thank you for your comments & critiques. Have a day full of color and beauty! Linda http://lgood.smugmug.com
