May 3, 2015 Nope, it's a moon over North Texas. I confess that I've never been able to get a decent moon shot, no matter how hard I try. So this is the second moon shot that I've ever taken that was sort of decent, so I decided to post it. This was taken the same evening from our back patio as the potd that I posted on March 2nd. "I think we're going to the moon because it's in the nature of the human being to face challenges. It's by the nature of his deep inner soul... we're required to do these things just as salmon swim upstream." ~ Neil Armstrong Thank you for your comments and critiques! Magnifique! (best larger) Trained golden eagle sitting on the steppes waiting for its Kazakh trainer, Western Mongolia. I loved the way the sun was hitting the feathers on the bird's neck, making them look truly 'golden'. The eagle was vocalizing, so you can see its tongue. For an interesting series showing the release of a golden eagle from a hill top to hunt in the valley below see here: http://goo.gl/X75Yy1 03/05/15 www.allenfotowild.com
Day 123: Orange Gerbera Daisies - May 3. These lovely flowers were just one of the beautiful plants available at a fundraising event being held at a historic NJ house and garden this weekend.

Craig Regional Park Fullerton, CA Thank you for your views , comments and critiques, appreciated as always! And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. Hebrews 11:6 NLT www.biblegateway.com May 3, 2015

5/3/15 - A really neat neon sign in a town on the Oregon coast. Unfortunately, we did not stop here to eat so I don't know how the food is. Thanks for your comments on my shot of the Oregon coast lighthouse!
I don't know how to use a chain saw but I do know how to use a camera.... so that's my job. One of us works and one of us takes pictures of the other one working.... works for me! :)) 05.03.15

A beautiful morning for a sunrise....

May 3, 2015 Fresh Noodle Duck Soup At Chinatown Express noodles and still made and stretched by hand in the front viewing window. This soup reminded me of wonton soup. The little amount of duck was good but most was bone and fat. Would I order it again, probably not but it was a fun experience.
May 2, 2015 Brown Eyed Girl * This is the image I took for the weekly theme "Macro - Human Body" in the photo challenge I am doing this year. #‎photochallenge2015
