7/28/14 - Street scene in Cherry Creek; worth viewing in the largest size, I think. Question for those who have already migrated to the New Smugmug. How do you keep your daily gallery shots in the order in which they are posted? I surely enjoyed seeing all the logo posts for Rick's challenge. Thanks to all who commented on my Arm and Hammer logo post. I went out a couple of times today looking for new logos to shoot. This is really turning out to be fun! Thanks, Rick, for suggesting it.
Foggy Path, September 18, 2011 Photo Taken in the Craggy Gardens, in the Blue Ridge mountains of NC. (Between Mt. Mitchell and Asheville). Elevation approx. 5,500. This Trail is approximately 1.5 miles long and can be accessed from the Blue Ridge parkway. This path does have a kind of spooky quality about it with its tunnels of Rhododendrons and thick jagged brush. Fog really adds to the effect. Thanks so much for the very generous comments from so many great photographers here on Smugmug Jeff Graham

May 5 1945 Denmark was liberated by the British from Nazi occupation, later American forces joined in. The picture is from my parental home where my parents gave accommodation to these two soldiers for about a fortnight as few accommodations were available. The soldier on the right is British and the one to the left I think was American. I am the boy in between. My memory of these days are vague, but I remember that one of them had a jeep parked in front of the house and I had great pleasure of learning to drive by repeatedly use of the self-starter and thus moving the jeep half a block away. As my father caught me in the act I was at once send to bed.
