Moss-Covered Rock at Upper Waikani Falls (Three Bears Falls) This view from the opposite cliff wall shows the three waterfalls in a different view from tradition. The mossy rock in the natural pool gives this place a zen quality!
Path of Light March 2012 Although being surrounded by trees can get pretty dark, long exposures allow plenty of light in to capture the subtle greens and browns and oranges in this lovely bamboo forest trail. Hobgoblin Heads

Lollipop and Bush Near sunset shot of White Pocket Lollipop with a love bush in foreground.
Painted Land
Opposites Attract January 2012 Two zebra hoodoos meet in a remote southern Utah alcove

Low Glow
Big Bend
Almost Floating From the wilderness of Escalante, Utah, this three-legged rock is just barely supported. I cannot see how these small legs hold up the large stone, but they do. There's no trick photography here, just mother nature at her weirdest!
