DigitalGrin > popular today > Hibiscus-Rosa-Sinensis-2006-07-04-3001 I was at the Zoo using a new lens [Canon EF 100-400mm 1:4.5-5.6 L IS USM]. A few flowers were around and this particular one had the sun from the rear emphasizing the translucent qualities of the flower. The lens was rather long and the shortened depth of field really put the background out of focus. I think the complementary colors really work well together.
