Head Doctor at Ellis Island lived here with his family. He was so sure he had built the worlds best hospital complex that he attached his house to the main hallway which connected all of the infectious decease wards.
The Morgue - Anyone who passed away while on the island be stored here. Since it was  one of the most advanced hospitals in the U.S. at the time, doctors would come from around the world to view some of the autopsies.
