This shot was taken during a trip to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. The sun had just broke the horizon when we saw this guy, so lighting conditions were not the best. When we saw him he was working his way out to where there was a group of ducks. He appeared to be using the Mangroves as cover to stalk them. We stopped hoping not to disturb his hunt, but we were quickly.
