Boca Grande 2011-03-15 Taken Sunday (but could have been yesterday or today or ...), life is good on the Gasparilla beach on Boca Grande. Gulf waters 70F (21C) or a bit more, Greetings from Florida! And thanks for the interesting comments on the poor windblown egret yesterday.

Flowering Season 2011-03-09 A shot from a large bush. Florida has had a very dry winter, so many plants are not yet blossoming (but the trees are putting out record levels of pollen). I'd appreciate any comments on the tone - on my laptop screen this shot looks dark and dull - on the TV screen it glows.
