The sun found a gap in the leaves, to shine down through the morning mists.
Even six months after my visit, the Alaskan Range still fascinates me. I look forward to returning.
We pulled in for the night after a long day of boating on the Yukon. After cleaning everything out of the boat, I turned around to this vista.

What saddens me is even at this point a photo can do so little to capture the colors, lighting and splendor of the natural world.
