San Miguel de Allende-La Ruina : LaRuina was our home away from home for 10 days. An architectural gem, and only 3 blocks from El Jardin, Juarez Park, 2 neighborhood grocers, many shops and restaurants, it was the perfect spot to launch our varied activities. Marty and Lorraine, the owners (and artists) were wonderful hosts, and their flair for art and color add to the special feeling of "did we luck out on this, or what." Check out www.laruina.com.
