The photos in this gallery are also about all the Natural Environment of the Sintra mountain (Serra de Sintra) as well as the Atlantic shores around the Roca cape (Cabo da Roca). The 'Hills of the Moon' (Montes da Lua) is a unique place in the world and its essence extends beyond its Nature, creating a Spiritual universe. This gallery shows part of an already two year long activity of exploration and a never ending project. The images are sorted by date, most recent first.

Cabo da Roca (The Cape of the Rock) : The Hills of the Moon and the Atlantic Ocean created a shore with huge cliffs and beaches with a wide variety of seascapes, from the dunes of Guincho to the long stretches of sand at the foot of high cliffs of Ursa, Adraga and Praia Grande. Together with some of the most hidden and almost inacessible bays and small beaches between impressive and wild coloured cliffs, this immense and detailed natural amphitheater extends north and south of the most western tip of continental Europe.

L'Alfama : Délimité au nord par le château, au nord-ouest par les quartiers de Graça et Mouraria, l'Alfama s'étage sur le flanc sud d'une colline qui descend vers le Tage. C'est le quartier le plus connu et le plus ancien de la ville, le symbole du Lisbonne populaire, qui formait déjà le centre-ville à l'époque romaine. Son labyrinthe de ruelles médiévalles, ponctué de venelles, de cours et d'impasses, coupé d'escaliers et d'arcs, tricote un quartier poétique où se perdre est facile.
