> Cingular Bars In the United States, I think the Cingular company has the advertising campaign showing signal bars in all forms. Here I capture southern California palm trees as "Cingular" bars. The gorgeous Manhattan Beach Pier and a perfectly shaped, breaking wave are an added bonus.
