The litter included disposable plastic cigarette lighters, plastic bottles and plastic bottle tops, strapping from packaging, drink cans, nylon twine and fishing netting, nylon fishing line, plastic sheeting, pieces of styrofoam, a rubber glove, a single running shoe, a flip flop, several shotgun cartridges, a golf tee, a plastic frisbee, plastic carrier bags, and pieces of rubber.

There were also thousands of small pieces of plastic.
