Thank you for all the emails and wonderful heartfelt comments you have left here and on our facebook. What you think means everything! Your kind words fuel us, it makes what we do even more fulfilling.
FYI- This is very new for us with the online gallery, thank you all for giving us heads up if you have had any problems. So far it's been great, but every now and then we have seen that a few pictures when others have tried to print them at home, they printed out looking strange. its because they are uploaded here on our site in a file format that needs to be changed.
Everything should be in what they call a jpeg file. To anyone who has no idea what that means is that a jpeg file is what most photos you take with a point and shoot camera are taken in. Or if you had photos developed at Wal Mart and had them put on a cd so you could share them through emails , post them on your facebook etc. 95% of what's here is fine, it's printable. We are working our way through this learning curve =]
Also, SmugMug is a pro printing lab, I feel if you order anything, I'd expect them to be perfect! They check the photos before they are shipped, many times they even color correct if needed. From what I've heard and seen has been great! I saw some images the other night someone ordered, they were of the upmost quality. Also they were out of the unedited images and they were just beautiful =]
