UST Quadricentennial Mass and Dinner : January 28, 2011, the Quadricentennial Mass officiated by Polish Cardinal Zenon Grocholewski, the prefect of the Holy See’s Sacred Congregation of Catholic Education with a specially taped video message from Pope Benedict XVI. The Grand Alumni Homecoming Dinner entitled One@400 held at the UST Plaza Mayor & Benavides Park after the Quadricentennial Thanksgiving Mass on Jan 28, 2011. The UST Singers (Choir of the World), UST Symphony Orchestra, alumni artists and personalities performed in a special program after dinner.

UST Quadricentennial Parade : Jan 26, 2011, the Q Parade, was joined by 7,200 students and 150 registered alumni. The parade passed from UST to Morayta and then Recto and Mendiola. There were five floats, one each representing the four centuries of the University, and the "Q" float. The first float represented the first century of the University with a replica of the statue of the founder, Msgr. Miguel de Benavides, O.P. The second float showed a model of the Arch of the Centuries. The third float was designed after the Main Building which was built on the España campus in the 1920s. The fourth float was patterned after the UST Central Seminary with the Fountains of Wisdom and Knowledge. The Q float showcased models of the yet to be unveiled Quattromondial, the future Martyrs' Monument, and the Tria Haec, or the statues representing faith, hope, and love atop the Main Building. The first to fourth floats carried candidates for this year’s Search for the Ideal Thomasian Personalities (TSITP) while the Q float carried reigning Thomasian Personalities, Ms. Earth Eco-Tourism 2009 Angela Fernando, businessman Joel Cruz, and alumni who have won beauty pageant titles.

UST Q Grand Program : Jan 27, 2011 Unveiling of the QUATTROMONDIAL Monument. The monument is a masterpiece of the world-renowned sculptor RAMON G. ORLINA, an outstanding alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas. The monument was made for a period of one year and a half. The sculpture, made of cast bronze and carved solid glass blocks rising to as high as 10 meters, Mr Orlina commissioned by the university to design and execute the exquisite work of art and cultural landmark. It consists of four larger than life human figures - a male and female student represented by Piolo Pascual and Charlene Gonzales, both graduated from UST, a Dominican priest represented by Rev. Fr. Dela Rosa, Rector of UST and an academician, represented by the daughter of the sculptor himself – Monina Orlina. - with arms stretched heavenward, representing the four centuries of excellence, erudition, spirituality and tradition the University has displayed and inspired among its students and faculty. The event also featured performances by Sarah Geronimo, Jamie Rivera, Aiza Seguerra and other Thomasian artists.
