Furnished Central West End Apartment (St Louis city) : "Urban, fashionable, and eclectically furnished apartment in the Central West End that exudes warmth and style! Description: Situated in the very upscale and desirable Central West End of St. Louis. This 1,200 square foot, 2 bed/1 bath apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an 1894 mansion. It has its own private entrance and stairwell, secured behind its own locking gate. This is an ideal apartment for corporate rentals, people in the process of building or moving from another state, a romantic getaway, or a great place to stay while enjoying a leisurely weekend in beautiful St. Louie! Every room (except bathroom) in the apartment contain beautiful laminate flooring and large windows which cast beautiful natural light everywhere for a peaceful and ZEN experience! • Master Bedroom - The large master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, new contemporary bedding, lots of cozy pillows, and lovely painted antiques. It has a largewalk-in closet which is equipped with wooden hangers and a full length mirror. • Second Bedroom - The really pretty second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, new bedding, and contemporary furnishings. As a bonus, a washer and dryer were installed in this bedroom's original closet but a new one was built for clothing. • Bathroom - The standard size bathroom has a tub/shower and has been totally updated for modern conveniences. It is supplied with lots of white, fluffy towels and a his/her terry robe for your comfort and relaxation. • Kitchen - The kitchen is stocked with everything but groceries! It is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, food disposal, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, griddle, and lots of counter space for slicing and dicing. • Living Room/Dining Room - The living and dining rooms are very spacious with lots of beautiful natural light coming through the large windows. The living room has a very comfortable leather sofa and a large TV with Dish satellite (HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Encore, etc). The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room, keeping the "chef" involved in all of the family and/or entertaining activities. Location: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic home that was built in 1894, completely rehabbed in 1985 and updated in 2009 for a totally modern, yet historic living experience. It is located in the Central West End neighborhood between the renowned Barnes Jewish Hospital and the campus of St. Louis University. Being in the city of St. Louis, it is in close proximity to public transportation and provides easy accessibility to areas such as: downtown St. Louis, Central West End, Midtown, The Grove, Clayton, The Zoo, The Hill, Botanical Gardens, Forest Park, and more. Rent: This apartment is available for short-term and long-term rental. Pets are welcome with a deposit and only if they are well behaved. Acceptance of pets will be based on size, the number of animals, behavior and are house broken. Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccinations and they must be free of fleas, see below for more details. A $200 deposit is required upon booking to hold your reservation. As identification, a valid driver's license must be presented at check-in. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled, in writing, within 72 hours of your proposed arrival time; otherwise, the $200 will be refunded after a walk-through and your check-out. Reservations must be made using PayPal or Chase QuickPay although cash or a cashier's check may be acceptable if time allows. All rental rates below include: Dish satellite, internet, central HVAC, water, sewer, snow removal, street parking, and bike storage. Short term rentals of 7 days or less also includes coffee, toiletries, hairdryer, and maid service. **Long term rentals do not include coffee, toiletries, hair dryer, maid service, groceries, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. although these services and products can be negotiated upon request. Daily Rates: Monday– Thursday $100/day with up to 4 people* Weekend Rates: Friday – Saturday $150/day with up to 4 people* Holiday Rates: Minimum 2 days $150/day with up to 4 people* ~~Easter~~~Mother’s Day~~~4thof July~~~Memorial Day~~~ ~~Labor Day~~~President’s Day~~~Thanksgiving~~~Christmas~~ Weekly Rate: Monday– Sunday $ 700/wk with up to 4 people* 1 Month Rate: 4 weeks $1,900/1st mo 2 Month Rate 8 weeks $1,800/2nd mo with consecutive occupancy 3 Month Rate 12 weeks $1,700/3rd mo with consecutive occupancy 4 Month Rate 16 weeks $1,600/4th mo with consecutive occupancy 5 Month Rate 20 weeks $1,500/5th mo with consecutive occupancy Over 6 Months $1,400/6th mo with consecutive occupancy No contract necessary except for a long term stay; all rentals require a $200 deposit to hold the reservation and the entire rental for short term must be paid in advance. Short term rental of 7 days or less include: coffee, maid service as well as dog crates and a baby bed, if needed. Rentals of 7 days or more do not include maid service or other services and products as outlined above**. Dog crate and a baby bed can be provided at an extra charge for rentals of 7 days or more. The $200 deposit will be refunded if the apartment is left as it was rented to you. For long term, normal wear & tear expected but must be cleaned for the next tenant, which includes baseboards, windows, etc. The cleaning services are available for a fee, please ask. Limited to 4 people for all rentals, children are welcome.* *For rentals of 3 days or less, 2 extra people will be considered for a fee. Pet Fees: Small dogs under 25 lbs. - $ 5 each/for each day, limit of 3 dogs Medium dogs 26-50 lbs. - $ 8 each/for each day, limit of 2 dogs Large dogs 51-100 lbs. - $10 each/for each day, limit of 1 dog Cats - $5 each/for each day These fees are limited to short term rentals of 7 days or less; must have record of vacination and free of fleas.
