Seattle Downtown : I decided to take a ride to Seattle on the Sound Transit for the first time. Only problem was, I didn't realize how far apart the time of the train departing back home after arriving to Seattle. The next train back home was 7 hours wait. I decided to walk to the Washington Convention Center because there is a seminar I need to go to in 2 weeks. That took about 20 mins on foot. I've walked from there to Pike Place Market and back about 5 times. Why you ask? I had 7 hours to waste. Arriving at Pike Place Market for the last time, I stumbled upon the Gum Wall. It was gross as the name but people found a way to be artistic.

After texting back and forth with the wife, she agreed to meet me at Uwajimaya outside. I notice these lanterns dangling out the door. I took the shot to remind myself this tiring, long walking day.

Gas Work and Space Needle : I had a goal to take picture at Gas Work in Seattle, WA. I got there around 5:30am on top of the hill. The weather there was very windy and cold. The water sprinkler came up below the hill toward me, got my camera, bag, and myself wet. It sucks but still worth it. At the end, I was drying off and getting some coffee at Starbucks. I decided to take picture of the lamp. During my editing process, I found a little spider hanging around the bulb. A nice way to end my shoot.

Bradley Lake : My original destination was Lake Tapps. What I didn't know was that the park decided to close after a very bad weather during the winter season. I was very disappointed because there was a view of Mt. Rainer with a halo cloud above it with vibrant purple colors. I thought about heading home but I decided to stop by Bradley Lake. This park was a little busy. There was a man running around the lake, geese were squawking and chit chatting with each other, and an old couple sitting on the bench.
