Wild Turkey : Rio Grande Wild Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo intermedia). The region I call home has been blessed with an abundance of wild turkey. These birds are very wary and their exceptional eye-sight and acute hearing imakes closing the distance extremely challenging. I'm always game to play the odds with wild animals rolling with cagey instinct. ""For my own part I wish the Bald Eagle had not been chosen the Representative of our Country. He is a Bird of bad moral Character. He does not get his Living honestly.
