Wildlife > popular today > This picture was taken at a orphanage for elephants in Nairobi, where these little fellows were fed and we were allowed to watch. Can't remember the name of the orphanage unfortunately. But being able to see these animals up close and hear stories being told about them was another fantastic experience. They were taken care of because their parents had passed away due to the drought that Kenya has been experiencing or simply because they had been killed by poachers or locals.
Wildlife > popular today > We also visited a giraffe sanctuary in Nairobi, and I must say being able to not only see them up-close and feed these majestic animals was just awesome! You could fit one of the pellets that you fed them with in between your teeth or lips, and have them "kiss" you to get the food.
Wildlife > popular today > I love this style of taking pictures of the sky, with a foreground aswell. The view from this hill in Amboseli was just simply breathtaking, there was no end to the sky.
Wildlife > popular today > Horizon in the Amboseli National Park in Kenya. Same picture as the previous, but taken through Adobe Photoshop CS4 and worked with for about 30 seconds. What do you think? Which one works best?
