Worth1000 > popular all-time > Day 30: There was a time when I had dreams of greatness. I desired fame and fortune. I was certain that I was part of a grand scheme and would play a leading role. Lately though, I have come to discover that the greatest role a man can play is simply to be a father to the best of his ability. My children are my legacy - the mark I leave behind - and I can think of nothing more fulfilling.

Worth1000 > popular all-time > Day 14: Kalista is only 5 years old, and like every 5 year old, she is full of child-like innocence. Her heart is still wide open and her love is given so freely. Every girl she meets on the playground becomes her new "best friend" instantly. When she gives a hug she does it with all her strength, and when she looks into my eyes her emotions are easy to read. I know that this will all change as she grows, but these are days I will always cherish. How I wish that the innocence would never go away.
