Park - June 2007 : Another (Tiger Watch) work related trip. It was HOT 45 degrees Celsius (113 Fahrenheit)! Luckily there were a few showers on second evening and temprature dropped a bit. Stayed for four days but could manage only two trips to the park. On first trip saw 3 tigers (mother with two cubs) but they were very far and could not be photographed. On the second trip we saw a Hyena which is a difficult animal to sight. Apart from that we saw crocodiles, Sambars (deers), spotted deers and Chinkaras, owls and many birds and of course, the Langurs (monkeys)! Ranthambhore - Feb 2010 : Visit to Ranthambhore for Tiger Watch AGM and Mogiya rehabilitation ( http://www.javeri.net/conserv.htm ) work. We managed one trip to the park and saw a sloth bear among other animals including the beautiful Chinkaras. The birds were photographed at Fateh's house. The black Pomeranian is Soldier, a typical mad Pom! Divya & Dharmendra are the parents of the cuddly white Labrador pup Hosho! www.javeri.net

Dolphin Research Center : Dolphin Research Center, Grassy Key, Marathon, Florida Keys, January 5, 2006. My experience swimming with the dolphins was not photographed but recorded on dvd. Each of our group of six performed five tasks with two dolphins, Molly and Caloosa - pat upper fin, stroke two fins, imitate (twirl), dolphin push (lying on our back while a dolphin pushes us by our feet), and a dolphin ride hanging onto the upper fins of both dolphins. I observed and photographed the dolphins both before and after the swim.
