dpreview > popular all-time > This is Freedom. She lives in the Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle. She was on her deck in this picture with me below. It was just the shot I was hoping for, but wasn't that easy to get. Freedom had to stand with her paws on the side of the railing to see me, a pose she would only hold for about a half second. This made getting both the exposure and focus on the dog difficult at best. After about 5-7 minutes of shooting, and lots of shots of deck and sky, I managed to get about 5 or 6 good shots of her looking over the side. This one is my favorite of her- it is just what she looks like- she is happy, goofy, young and playful. She wears her personality on her sleeve. :-)
