A display of frozen tuna at the Tsukiji wholesale fish market in Tokyo, Japan. The frozen tuna freeze the surrounding air which forms a mist over the floor. Workmen hose the tail end of each tuna to partially thaw it and cut a section to expose the muscle so buyers can inspect the quality of the meat before the auction.
