This was my first year attending and photographing the NYC Village Halloween Parade and it was an amazing photographic experience! There were so many different costumes and characters forging through the pouring rain never missing a step! Behind the barracades, there were thousands of dedicated spectators also braving the rain to get a glimpse of all the ghouls, witches, vampires, Jason Voorhees', Heath Ledger's Joker, Michael Jackson's and many more! The highlight performance of the night was the re-enactment of the late Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' and 'Beat It' videos that included one of the largest street dance ensembles I have ever witnessed!
