Nokkvi was born 1989 in Iceland and with us since 1996. He is a beautiful horse, has always been healthy and uncomplicated, a big and strong gelding that is reliable and matches his willingness to the rider's level. He likes the trails, swims, jumps, is used as a lesson horse, did parades, clinics, competition, you name it. In summer 2007 he was used in the new Therapeutic Riding Program http://www.nwtea.net) and did wonderful. He is a valued one-of-a-kind eqine companion and much loved by everyone. He is the horse on Moondance horse that all first timers ride and handle; thus countless people of all ages fell in love with him and learned to appreciate the Icelandic Horse - a true ambassador of the Breed!.
