Cmdr David Carrasco of the POW/MIA/KIA Dedication Memorial "want to thank y'all for coming out and supporting the dedication of the Memorial. I also wish to thank the Buffalo Soldiers of the Arizona Territory - Ladies and Gentlemen of the Regiment for joining us and espcially the Young Patriots as they did all the manual work to bring out all the chairs and also hand out the water to all those in attendance".
