Rich Raymond qualifed #26 in Nostalgia Eliminator with a 7.809. He went to the final where he lost to Dan Schrokosch who ran a 7.642 168.85 to Ray's 7.657 @ 180.94.

Claude Lavoie from Canada qualified #3 in A Fuel with a 6.392 @ 218.60
He lost in the final to his brother-in-law Kin Bates. Lavoie ran a 6.393 @ 219.61 to Bates 6.299 @ 218.97.

Bill Wayne of Bullhead City, Arizona qualified #2 in A Fuel with a 6.365 @ 218.55 . He lit the red in the third round in losing to Claude Lavoie.

"Mad Mike" Molea from Oregon was #10 qualifer in AA/GS with a 7.112, 187.77 and missed the show.

Ed Moss of Ontario CA won AA/GS with his '37 Ford coupe. Moss qualifed #4 with a 6.725 @ 209.59.

Mallicoat Brothers with Dale Boomgaarden driving. Qualifed #1 in AA/GS with a 6.689 @ 207.32. Ed Moss took him out in the second round with a 6.704 210.13 to Dale's 6.752 208.52.

Gary Reinero from Merced CA in the Austin qualiified #9 in AA/GS with a 7.084@ 195.35 and missed the 8-car eliminations.

Howard Anderson from Auburn CA qualifed at #6 with a 6.784 199.46.
Howard lost in the second round with a 7.032 205.52 to Mike Leonard's 6.962 199.24.
