If you are unhappy with your prints, the site host, Smugmug will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

All you need to do is send an email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Smugmug uses a professional lab renowned for their color accuracy and consistency.

Replacement prints from them almost always look identical to the first set you receive, but smugmug or I can often help adjust your originals to provide better results should you require that.
