Photographing wildlife has become a great challange, one I find very rewarding. These animals were all shot in their natural surroundings and aside from some cropping and exposure adjustments they are reproduced here as they were shot. Some show incredible colors which were a result of that 'golden' light, at sunrise and sunset. The ponies and many of the birds were photographed at Chincoteague Island on the Chesapeake Peninsula in Virginia.
