2005 Junior Regatta - Opti's lined up like pearls on the sea. Ridgely Kelly traditionally does the Skpper's Meeting for the Opti Fleet. One little boy (obviously set up by his dad) asked if there were going to be any mystery starts this year. Nope, no mystery starts this year. However, not so fast. This was the year of the mystery tide, which totally confused the Green fleeters.
