ktravers > Mmmm, dessert. After a long list of fine regional food, we are treated to this trio of panna cotta, semifreddo with nougat, and budino (always budino!).

ktravers > We make our way to the town of Barolo, for a tasting at their regional enotecha.

ktravers > Like coals to Newcastle, the grapes pour into Barolo.

ktravers > Driving back to La Luna, we tracked down Bussia, to see where they plant the vines in Poderi Colla that produce the grapes that make the lovely wine we've bought.

ktravers > Back at La Luna, we nap for a bit, and play with the cats before our dinner. We had an aperitivo of cortese wine, with some sliced parmigiano. Later, we had another simple but tasty dinner of a chicken/peach/balsamic vinegar salad, taglierini with tomato sauce and hazelnuts, a torta alla pesche, and a tasty hunk of watermelon greeting us after a post-prandial stroll to check on the moons progress since last night!
