Mark (Bluesboy) > This is my 'morning desk' where I write my early morning journal entries. Notice the tooled leather writing surface, and the beveled leaded glass in the cabinets...pretty "uptown brown" don't you think?
Mark (Bluesboy) > This is the bottom section of the writing desk. The carving is by hand, and the pattern carries over to all of the various pieces.
Mark (Bluesboy) > The glass is beveled, and leaded. Although it looks like a bit of windex might be in order here....ahem,
Mark (Bluesboy) > My poor pop is so proud that I finally have a bed off the floor! Truth of the matter is, it's awfully comfortable...not sure why it took 56 years to get off of the 'mattress on the floor' syndrome.
Mark (Bluesboy) > It wouldn't pass military inspection...but I wanted to get a picture while the bed was made...it could be a long time before this is seen again at 4809...
