 > As I mentioned on the web site, I painted the floor in my workroom.
 > This is the first of 2 photos showing one half of the area that I will use to put up the supports for the wing jig.

Note, you may have noticed in the later photos that I actually had to put the work table in this area. The wing spars actually fit better in the other section of the workroom.
 > This is a photo looking the other direction. The posts for the wing jig will take up nearly the entire length of this open area. It's going to be a little tight, but should be doable. It beats tying up the garage for the winter and it's warmer.
 > Well here are the 2 crates from Van's. Shipping from Oregon to Virgina $475. I only money right !!!
 > Another photo of the crates.
 > One more. FWIW, I am using the wider box to store move of the tail section components.
 > Well when the wings arrived with the full size drawings and the wing spars I discovered that the drawing indicated that the posts for the wing supports should be approximately 133 inches. Prior to the wings arriving, I looked at the 11X17 drawings in the preview plans and thought the distance was 13'3" (159 inches). Well this changed everything. I concluded that I could now build both wings at the same time. However, it meant that I would need to totally rearrange the layout in my workroom. So I spent a number of hours re-arranging things. I also had to purchase a few more 4X4s and associated hardware.

 > This is a photo of the posts that I installed in the workroom to hold the wing spar supports. Note that there was a fair amount of work to fabricate the hardware (mainly cut and file threaded rod and angle iron).

You may notice in this photo that I have a flat board hanging from the ceiling. This is where I am storing the wing skins. Where there is a will there is a way!
As I mentioned on the web site, I painted the floor in my workroom.
