My advise re: CSing. Once you have the CS tool depth set correctly. Insert the tip in the hole, hold the collar tight against the surface, and let the drill rip so that you complete the CS in one shot. Stopping and re-starting is sub-optimal and is more likely to produce non-uniform CSs, particularly with thinner material. FWIW, I would like to have gone a little deeper with the inspection plate screw holes, but the CS was getting too close to the edge of the spar.

> I installed 2 NPs at a time. I started by inserting one rivet and slipping on the NP. I then used a screw to snug up the NP to the spar flange. I then inserted the rivet on the opposite side of the NP and tightened up the screw. I would make sure the rivets could slide back and forth easily (adj when necessary), which let me know the the NP holes were well aligned with the holes in the spar. I would then squeeze the rivets, removed the screws, and moved on to the next pair.

> This is the fabrication of the tie down brackets. I used a C clamp to keep the nutplate from turning while I tightened the bolt. Snugging the bolt up allows to make sure the nutplate is flush against the bracket and keeps the holes aligned while drilling.
