These photos provide the details associates with the construction of the slow build wing of the Vans 9A.
My advise re: CSing. Once you have the CS tool depth set correctly. Insert the tip in the hole, hold the collar tight against the surface, and let the drill rip so that you complete the CS in one shot. Stopping and re-starting is sub-optimal and is more likely to produce non-uniform CSs, particularly with thinner material.
FWIW, I would like to have gone a little deeper with the inspection plate screw holes, but the CS was getting too close to the edge of the spar.
